Happening Sunday March 26th 11:00am-5:00pm with an intimate audience of women from different backgrounds, race, religion, style & Ideas. This beautiful afternoon will take place at The Texican Court Boutique Hotel located in the heart of Las Colinas. A relaxed luxury urban retreat hotel. The hotel is designed to provide a rich setting for people to escape their everyday lives and settle in a world that moves slower.
We are so excited to bring our annual Women's Workshop Retreat back for 2023. A retreat we unfortunately had to reschedule in 2020 due to the Pani. Our First retreat in 2019 was everything and more, that we saw flourish within the walls of The Lumen Room Dallas

We will create a space for “The Every Girl”. We will create a space for healing, for hope. We are creating a space for joy, creativity, inspiration & connections are made. A space where we do not have to mute trials & tribulations. We wish for all in attendance to leave with their hearts, souls & hands full. The past few years have not been easy for any. And we all deserve space & moments to renew…to hope, to heal.
We are so excited to Partner with Leah Frazier, Certified Meditation Instructor, Mindfulness Coach and Sound Healing Practitioner of Leah Heals. Leah Heals serves as a one-stop destination for meditations, sound baths, holistic healing and wellness. As a Black woman, Leah is excited to bring this area of healing to the community at a time where we’re being more open and honest about our mental health, our traumas and our personal and collective healing.
The Women’s Wellness Retreat will offer an intimate women's marketplace filled with local women owned businesses. Local Farmers Market that will house all the fresh product & produce. There will be Fireside Chats filled with women who are an inspiration to so many such as (Daisha Board Founder & Curator of Daisha Board Gallery The First Black Woman Owned Art Gallery in Dallas, Tx. As well as One of Dallas’s most talented Female culinary leaders Melissa Tate of Meals and Memories and Tate Farms. Jeanette Cantrell LPC- Associate of Rockwall Counseling & Wellness and more!) Conversations filled with women like you! They are Mothers, Entrepreneurs, Corporate Leaders, Artist, Creatives and more. Stay Tuned for the Speaker Lineup. They will be there to provide empowerment, nourishment & encouragement, for your mind, body & soul.

This community healing event is designed to provide you with the dedicated and uninterrupted time to dig deep and tap into your innate place of peace. The Grow & Glow Wellness experience will awaken your ability to get laser focused on your intentions and set actionable and attainable goals for moving forward. Come and experience a variety of mindfulness practices, hands on re-potting, lifestyle demonstrations and so much more.
This will be an interactive retreat where you will leave refreshed & rejuvenated! This is OUR time to be with one another, to dig deep and root for one another. To let go of that stuff we don't wish to carry anymore.
We understand we all have a purpose. Even if we are still striving to understand what that is. It is imperative that we continue to support events & moments that lift us up. That recognize our contributions and that help us feel a connectivity allowing us to see one another. Even when we sometimes can’t see ourselves.” There is healing in letting go and no longer feeling trapped by our past. I have learned this, many times the hard way.
